Delete Account

You can request the deletion of your French Specialized Medical Center account and its associated data at any time, either from inside the app or through this page without installing the app. Deletion is performed after we verify that you own the registered email address.
Important notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will no longer be able to sign in or view your past appointments in the app. Any upcoming appointment will be cancelled.
Deleting from inside the app
- Sign in to the French Specialized Medical Center app.
- Open the "My Account" or "Profile" screen.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm, and your account will be deleted immediately.
Deleting from this page
- Enter the email address registered on your account and press "Send verification code".
- You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code, valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code and confirm the deletion. Your account will then be deleted immediately.
Data that is permanently deleted
- Account data: name, email, mobile number, ID number, date of birth, gender, city and area.
- The profile photo you uploaded.
- Appointments you booked through the app, along with their services, payments and attachments.
- Push notification token (FCM Token) and all active sessions on every device.
- In-app notifications sent to you.
Data we retain
- Medical records we are legally required to keep (lab tests, prescribed drugs, surgical operations). They are held by the clinic for the statutory retention period, after which they are destroyed or de-identified.
- Invoices and financial records required for accounting and tax purposes.
- A deletion log containing only the email address and the request date, as proof that your request was carried out.
